Confirmation is an important step in your lifelong journey of faith. Through the Sacrament of Confirmation, you are fully initiated into Christian faith by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. As you prepare for Confirmation through prayer, learning, sharing, and serving, let's pray for each other: candidates, sponsors, parents, adult leaders and peer ministers that this year might be a time of spiritual growth and grace.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

All Confirmation candidates should be meeting with their small groups on a weekly basis. If they have missed a meeting please contact their small group leader for information on their assignment.

SERVICE PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

BABYSITTING for Baptism Prep Classes - Volunteer on a Sunday morning to play with children whose parents are attending Baptism Preparation Classes from 10 to 11AM in the Parish Center. This is a fun, enjoyable way to serve!  You sign up by giving Joyce your name and number, then you help out when you can.  Ms. Fran, the Baptism Prep Coordinator will call on Friday night to see if you are available for a particular Sunday. Get your name on the list! Call Joyce to sign up.

CHURCH MAINTENANCE - help vacuum and dust in the Church on B&A.  Contact Joyce who will get you in touch with Mr. Horner for details.

OFFICE ASSISTANT - help with bulk mailings, filing, special projects, and other administrative tasks for the Youth Office.  Contact Joyce. 

HAMMER MINISTRY -Once a month, high school youth and adult volunteers will be serving our parish and community by offering a helping hand. We are able to tackle small home repair and yard work for those who are unable to do so for themselves. Please contact the Parish Center if you have a project we can help with or if you know of someone who may be in need of assistance. Hammer Ministry is held the 3rd Sunday of every month after the Youth Mass. All high school youth are welcome to come. If you are able to come, please meet at the back of the Auditorium, at the end of Mass. Hammer Ministry goes from 1-4 pm and please bring a bag lunch. Please call Joyce for more details!
